Key Phrases: "Into your hands, I place..." or "I set free..."

At this time, we look again with the Eldest at what we need/want to release, fine tuning our intentions by using what we have learned in the last almost two weeks.

Has our increased self-understanding prompted any changes in what we feel we want to let go of? Do we need to refocus our energy?

When we have clarified this for ourselves as much as we can, with her help, we thank her and release the energy of that clear intention into her hands and the universe as we blow out the candle.

NOTE: The Crone, the waning aspect of the moon, is strongest between Lammas, 1st August, to the Winter Solstice, 21 December. Her special time is around 1st November, Samhain or All Hallows, especially the preceeding night.
